Compassion First
We hire for heart, patience, and kindness. Professional skills are essential, but empathy is mandatory.
Founded on the simple belief that every senior deserves to grow older in the safety, comfort, and familiarity of their own home.

We don't believe in checking items off a spreadsheet. We believe in laughing together, sharing stories, cooking home-cooked meals, and keeping lives active and independent. Our mission is to match seniors with caregivers who share their values, personalities, and interests, forming bonds that go far beyond clinical checklists.

Mapesho Care was founded in 2012 in Washington State. Our founders realized that while medical home health care was abundant, true companionship and daily life assistance were hard to find. Many seniors were left lonely, struggling with daily chores, or missing the social connection that keeps the spirit young.
We started with a small team of vetted, highly compassionate individuals who wanted to provide more than just checkups. Over the last 12 years, we've had the honor of serving over 300 families across the Greater Seattle area, helping seniors maintain their routines, dignity, and independence safely at home.
